Additional info, costs and fees

  • The minimum price of a photoshoot is $150

  • There is a 25% clean up fee if a property is not in appropriate order resulting in a prolonged photoshoot

  • There is a 25% fee for drone photos taken within 5km of an airport or controlled airspace

  • A floor plan is included with every photoshoot

  • Floor plans/virtual video tours that exceed 464m2 will cost an additional $75. For every 464m2 of floor plans/virtual video tours added there will be an additional cost of $75

Delivery times

  • Photos and 2D floor plans are delivered within 2 business days of the photoshoot. When a 3D product is ordered, All photos and 2D floor plans are delivered within 5 business days

  • All 3D floor plans and 3D virtual video tours are delivered within 5 business days of the photoshoot.
