  • Joel Rodin Photography offers an hourly rate for a photoshoot of $100. This includes photos, video, floor plans and virtual tours.

  • The minimum price of a photoshoot is $100.

Vacant land photos

  • Typically takes 1-2 hours on site

  • $200-$300

  • Includes photos of the land, photos of the view and drone photos

Home photos

  • Typically takes 2-4 hours on site

  • $400-$600

  • Includes internal photos of every room, external photos, view photos and drone photos

Property video

  • Typically takes 2-4 hours on site

  • $400-$600

  • Includes internal video of every room, of the exterior and drone video

  • Optional music and interview piece to camera

Floor plans and virtual tours

2D floor plan

  • Typically takes 15 minutes on site

  • $50-$75

3D floor plan

  • Typically takes 15 min on site

  • $125-$150

Virtual Video Tour

  • Typically takes 15 min on site
